The carnitas are four tortillas topped with a blend of ingredients and spices, and to add a twist, peanuts finish off the dish. It truly provides an excellent combination. The Flautas are different in the sense that they are rolled tortillas deep fried and filled with your choice of meat and topped with beans, sour cream, lettuce and a nice hint of spice. Make sure to have some extra water or perhaps a margarita or beer on the side to mitigate the spiciness. Overall, you will enjoy a great tasting casual Mexican dinner.
